Joint Map and Model Challenges JSB Virtual Special Issue

"The CryoEM Map and Model Structure Challenges," a thematic collection of 18 peer-reviewed articles plus editorial being published in the Journal of Structural Biology, is now available online. This virtual special issue summarizes the outcomes of the Joint Challenges Wrap-up Workshop held in October 2017 at Stanford University, and includes perspectives of challengers and assessors, expert and novice, on the current state of reconstruction, modelling, validation and comparison of cryo-EM derived structures. Elsevier has kindly provided free promotional access to the full collection for the next six months (until 18 May 2019).
